[Feature request] Ignore private torrents #22

Hi, Is it possible to ignore private torrents when running Decluttarr and only apply the cleaning on public torrents?

hi Waredrive, is there an attribute in qbit or radarr/sonarr by which public & private trackers can be distinguished?
