The License/TOS makes no sense #6

One of the things you are not allowed to do according to the License/TOS is Use any of MCDP's scripts, tools or data files without explicit written permission.. That makes no sense at all. Why not just replace that License/TOS with the MIT License, GPL License, or another common public License?

the project has been inactive since late-2012, the so-called "TOS" just prevents the revival of the project. oyasunadev hasen't logged into github since 2014.
