Got rid of duplicate text and made some tweaks for readability.

I kept all the names the same but I think we need at some point soon to look at what a "layout" is exactly as we now have two of 'em :-D and in general standardize the glossary a little!

There has to be an industry-standard name for what you are calling a layout. I'm 98% sure that layout is always used for component layout and document layout and publishing layout and GUI layout - not in a Euclidean 2-d or 3-d space but on a "computer window" - and there's some other term for "a list of points in a a Euclidean 2-d or 3-d space".

(In particular, calling a 3-d thing a layout seems very unintuitive!)

I actually don't think my layouts are really layouts either. :-D

That's beyond the scope of this review, just wanting to mention this.

2 layouts? In the latest BP code my layout code replaced most of what was there (which was unused).
