AF Survey - Collate all resources and literature we have looked at

The idea is to go through slides by Harsh, as well as Github issues, Lilian's blog and some google searches to create a collated list of review material. This can help us proceed to the next stage of starting review in a distributed way for survey paper.

• [x] Check with Harsh if he has list of papers he's read recently, or alternatively ask him to add those links
• [x] Basic Internet Search (very little research, just in case something new has popped up in recent days. This has no end, and can be a different issue as well)
