Based on #10 and #12, update AF roadmap

We want to extend the project ideas discussed in #35 and https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bxQKq0r-eTEDTYwuo9jYVZtqyQsN5XUxyBvAfc91h3o/edit?usp=sharing to put together a tentative roadmap for the tool use model project.
