Investigate OpenVLA codebase and get it working on OpenX datasets

Clone and understand the OpenVLA codebase, in order to modify it for eval on vision-language/language tasks, and control tasks outside of the few OpenX datasets it has been trained on. Immediate first step is to get it working on OpenX datasets
