Overview: What does this pull request change?

"manim_ml" pluging for machine learning animations does not works on windows by default throwing "AnimationGroup(Group) has a run_time of 0 second"

Motivation and Explanation: Why and how do your changes improve the library?

Any manim windows user will be able to make machine learning animations by default
