Clean up Experimental #3824

Rebased off of #3821

TODO

[X] Replace Mobect with OpenGLMobject
[X] Replace VMobect with OpenGLVMobject
[ ] Rebase off of instanced rendering (when that finishes)
[ ] Ensure no accidental deletion of classes occurred
[ ] Get mypy + flake8 + ruff lints passing
[ ] Clean up unused internal methods

Experimental has so many changes with it that still need to be done, the last thing we need is classes missing because they were implemented in Cairo but not in OpenGL I'll do this process again once experimental has stuff passing.
