Payment Details You must submit Tax Information to be able to edit Payment Information or to change Payee/Account Holder's Name.
It says submit 'tax information' - what ?? where is the place to submit tax info
clearly we didnt see this before ...and we are at fault for not checking such 'text' being used on the website.
Priya help - please go thru all the screens to verify if the text makes sense else we need to change them
