Description

Footer text should be in the center. Text on the right side of the page should mention the topics on that page. Text on the left side of the page should mention the documentation topics in proper order.

can you explain the issues a bit also add screenshots if possible and seems like there are 3 things that you want to change so in that case please make separate issues for each of them and solve on issue at time making it review and discuss easily
