We need scripts that automatically builds all OPS code without a user being 
involved, 
typically to do automatic checkouts and builds that check for no local 
modifications.

A good starting point is to get OPS IDL Builder NB to build by invoking ant on 
the 
project folder. That should build all tools and Java.
