FOR ANYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE:
To fix this problem, purchase a quest link cable and hook it up to your PC and headset. Download oculus software “Meta Quest Link app” onto your computer. Get the program set up. Launch into quest link from your headset, navigate to the desktop mirror tab, and launch the game from there. This fixes the issue.
Setup info: High end PC. Using Meta Quest 3 running HS2VR through SteamVR. Using HF patch only, no other mods.
Problem: All works just fine and looks great. Until I attempt to start an H scene. Cannot get my joystick to initiate scene. Have attempted playing game full screen, have attempted using the mouse, have attempted various different variations of pressing/moving joysticks and controller buttons. Even downloaded virtual desktop and tried launching the game through there. Still won’t work. Looked online through various forms and cannot get a fix that works. Any ideas?
