Documentation Improvements

This is a running issue to put a tab on any improvements that can be made on the documentation.

Add which channels are required by the segmentation pipeline in which positions to load_input_from_file documentation in viper-core/src/vipercore/pipeline/datasets.py.

relevant information to include:

• which types of information are required for segmentation (i.e. nuclear stain and cell membrane stain)
• in which positions these channels need to be after remapping (0 and 1)
• additional channels will be segmented but are not used for the segmentation itself
