More docs / isotope calculation / absolute import #18

  1. More docs and tutorial added
  2. Add isotope information in our spectral library
  3. Change back to absolute import from hdf mmap branch

As this repo fixed a very critical FATAL error, I will merge it to development and make a new PR for isotope calculation and more documentations.
