psm readers from alphadeep to alphabase #8

Here we created a basic class structure to load different search engine results into alphabase format. This is not a final version as I am not familar with DIA search engines, so please add your comments for what else do we need for these psm readers.

As we discussed, we may need to change load() methods to import()
