Update to new Fragpipe output #37

Hi all,

Very nice tool, I really like it!!

Fragpipe's IonQuant has recently been updated which now produces combined_peptide.tsv and combined_peptide_modified.tsv. I was wondering if this recent update can be added? The update also causes the combined_peptide.tsv not to work anymore.

Of course. See attached the combined_peptide.tsv and combined_modified_peptide.tsv files of a small dataset.
