Hi Feng, the following things were done around the rt predict notebook :

• Added some docs to the NB
• Some renaming
• Disentangled imports from building_blocks and model_interface
• moved convert_predicted_rt_to_irt into the AlphaRTModel and removed the static function (adapted the dependencies)
• moved the eval_linear_regression function to utils, because it seemed to me more a utility function than rt_predicition related
• moved the 'regional_sampling' function to the model_interface notebook, because it seemed to me more a function to interact with the data, which might fit better to the model_interface?
• added the citation for the irt peptides

Because I moved some things around, I had to change some names and imports around the project. I hope to have done it exhaustively, loading ModelManager worked and the GitHub actions ran through. Let me know in case I should perform additional tests
