A lot of updates in this branch, but we mainly did two things:

Percolator based on DL features

Predicted library from fasta file (proteome library)

@straussmaximilian Just made a new push. Most of your comments are resolved. I would suggest that we include more documentation tests, e.g., integration test to see if we are predicting the same intensities on different operating systems etc. this is not fixed in this PR
