Failure to convert Thermo Ascend files

Describe the bug Thermo Ascend files are causing errors likely due to scan header information changing (yet again)

Hi, The new AlphaPept version 0.5.0 is based on AlphaRaw for file importing, and we can fix this there @jalew188
