After scanning a QRcode, the send button is disabled #102

You have to edit the value field to re-enable it - presumably some part of the 
code still thinks the value is set to zero. This is a critical bug, it means 
you cannot send coins by scanning a QRcode, which is the primary use case for 
the app!
