Poor discoverability of exchange rate table and default currency setting #105

It's not obvious that you can press the balance to view exchange rates. I'm not
sure how to make this more obvious, perhaps making the balance blue-underlined
like a link could encourage people to try pressing it.

Once you're in the table, it's not obvious that you can pick a default
currency. To do that you press a currency then hit the pin icon. In landscape
mode the pin has a "Set as default" label but in portrait it doesn't, even
though it could potentially fit. I'd suggest a checkbox by each currency and
tapping it changes which one is ticked. The currently ticked row could have a
label underneath it saying "Default for currency conversions" so it's super
obvious what the tick means

Yes, that page is left over from before the ICS rework.

I was planning into investigating getting multiple quotes for the same exchange
rate (e.g. USD/BTC), perhaps letting the user decide on the data sources.

I also like to explore if it makes sense to let the user pick multiple local
currencies at the same time.

Arbitrage should ensure quotes on other exchanges never drift far from the
MtGox rate, so showing multiple rates is probably unnecessary UI complexity.

I think being able to rapidly switch between currencies would be useful, but
showing more than one at the same time on the main screen might make the UI too
crowded.

Version 2.41 at least adds the suggested "default" marker.

There is also an "Exchange Rates" action in the overflow menu.

Closing this.

It got a lot better, but there's still no obvious sign that you can tap your
balance. Maybe add an arrow icon to one side of it, or make the currency
conversion look like a link?

This was implemented a while ago.
