Crash on QRscan #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the address book
2. Choose "QRscan Address"
3. Hold device camera toward QR code
4. When the image is acquired in the viewfinder an error dialog is immediately 
displayed, "Unfortunately, Bitcoin Wallet has stopped".

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? 

version 2.36

On what Android version and what phone? 

Asus Nexus 7 with Android 4.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

The Nexus 7 doesn't have a back facing camera but only a forward facing one so 
it would be useful if your QRscan made a sound when a QR code is scanned... or 
maybe it is supposed to and it just crashes before I hear it in this case.

Can you report one of these crashes via the in-app crash reporting? I would 
need a stacktrace to analyze the problem -- I do not own a Nexus 7 currently.

Report sent from my Nexus 7. 

It is a popular tablet so you will no doubt want to make sure everything works 
on it.

Where can I send suggestions for making this a better app?

Can you check if the QR button in the send coins dialog works as expected? If 
it crashes also, can you send a crash report of that as well?

I was able to reproduce the bug. It will be worked around in the next release.

I just tried it a few times and it does work in the send coins dialog.
