request/problem: fees

hi. apologies if there is another place im supposed to make a request. Id just 
like to say that this app is really well made. and it really sets the standard 
for how bitcoin phone wallets should be.

when it comes to transfering money, you can put in an optional fee and this is 
really great. however, id like to charge a percentage of the amount i send 
sometimes and not a static fee. for example i sell bitcoins and i charge 5% fee 
atm....... so instead of having to calculate 5% and then adding that as the fee 
amount, can we be able to put in fee that it should be percant and then put in 
the percent amount and it will automatically calculate it? thanks.

The problem with the fee is that is says it is "optional." It is not. This 
"bug" sends up to a 50,000% transaction fee to an unknown place. correct me if 
I am misunderstanding, but this seems VERY wrong.

The fee does not go to the sender, nor to the receiver, nor to an "unknown 
place". It goes to the network.

The rules cannot be changed in one app alone. First the miners need to move. 
Then also all other apps. I'd suggest discussing about this on the 
bitcointalk.org forum.
