Won't let me send Bitcoin #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I try to send BTC to my client, the wallet says available to spend in 
the transaction fee area but won't send.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? On what Android version and
what phone? Don't just state 'most recent', this is not enough info.
2.48 LG Optimus G

If you have problems with particular transactions, what is your Bitcoin
address? If you happen to have transaction IDs, please state them as well.

Are you trying to empty out the wallet? If so, first wait until all 
transactions are confirmed. Then send balance-0.0005 to your destination and 
keep the 0.0005 fee. If that does not work, could you send me a report through 
Options -> Settings -> Report issue and include the wallet dump? (Make sure you 
put "issue 155" into the description)

Thank you! It works and it is being sent! Do I have to subtract the fee from 
what I am sending every time?

No, this is just in the case of emptying the wallet. Because otherwise there 
would be no balance left to pay the fee.

I don't want to pay the fee and don't mind waiting a long time for the 
transaction - I put the fee to 0 and it won't let me send the transaction! 
what's the deal.
