setting for sync only using wlan #157

It would be great to have a setting to only sync the keychain using wlan. 
Syncing the chain using a mobile connection can be pretty expensive if you are 
travelling. ;-)

Now that bloom filtering is implemented, synching the blockchain is dirt cheap. 
Make sure to use at least version 2.48. Version 3.0 even does away with the 
initial download.

So I'm afraid I do not plan to implement this.
