there is no chance to send bitcoins with a lower fee than 0,0005 BTC even if I 
want to send a lower amount than 0,0005.

I woud like to have button like "ignore and send"

Checking Options > Settings > Labs > "Allow low fee when sending" will allow 
you to skip over the dialog.

However, if you don't know what you're doing you'll get stuck transactions. 
Sorry, there is nothing I can do about that. Go to the general Bitcoin groups 
to discuss that.
