Without transaction fees, some transactions can take days to confirm, which is 
a significant usability issue. In particular, inability to confirm makes it 
very difficult to make transactions at shops &c, where receipt or confirmation 
might be needed before goods are provided.

I have added transaction fees to the Testnet client! Could you test thoroughly, 
before I push this to Prodnet?
