For one, I see you're receiving dust transactions. Please read:

Did you attach a fee (of at least BTC 0.0005) to the unconfirming tx? If not:

Yes, I thought I attached the transaction fee. The only reason why I was trying
to send that transaction was in order to move my BTC from the Android app
wallet to my Mt.Gox account so that I could uninstall/reinstall the app. Reason
why I wanted to do that is because I have multiple incoming transactions that
seem to be stuck. Thanks for your quick response so far, btw. :)

Forgot to mention that I'm using Gingerbread on an myTouch Q Android smartphone.
The outgoing transaction is being sent to my Mt. Gox account number M74428522X
and my Mt. Gox wallet address is: 19uT3yuLCdzdHpY5t8uU4fvmtfUgJ84Zhx

No need to uninstall the app for this. You can just reset the blockchain (see
Settings). However, I doubt this will help with incoming transactions stuck.
The problem with these transactions are they are dust transactions. They will
take a while to confirm if they will confirm at all. You will also not be able
to spend their amount economically, this means the fee will be higher.
Now the problem is Bitcoin Wallet does not correctly calulate fees yet. It just
assumes 0.0005 BTC are enough, which in fact maybe not in your case. This is
something we will hopefully fix soon.
I suggest asking the sender to pay in larger chunks. Like once per month or so.

Resetting my blockchain now to see if that works. :)

Just to put it in perspective: Your tx
bdac9a5c2ea20d753198d5e27be90d095d70a1e75d6aa8a2a84fa0dad9870694 to MtGox has
11471 bytes so it will take a TX fee of 0.006 BTC to move 0.004 BTC.

Is it possible to cancel the tx to MtGox?

Bitcoin tx cannot be cancelled. However, if they stay unconfirmed for a certain
amount of time, they will just be "forgotten" by the network.

Thank you for answering my questions. So far, the reset seems to be helping
sort things out.

Can you give me some idea of how much time can I expect to pass until an
unconfirmed tx is "forgotten" by the network?

Looks like your MtGox transaction has been confirmed now.

Yes, the transaction sent to Mt Gox went through, and I'm happy to report that
all of the rest of the incoming transactions have now cleared, all thanks to
your advice to reset the blockchain. I'm very grateful, thank you again.
