Populate the Name field from the Label=value of a BTC URI

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Scan a QR bitcoin URI with Label=value (attached)
2. Check Name field
3. No value. (screenshot attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect the Label field to populate the Name field.  I see nothing.

What version of Bitcoin Wallet are you using? 3.14
On what Android version 4.1.2
and what phone? Samsung S3 GT-I9300

If you have problems with particular transactions, what is your Bitcoin
address? If you happen to have transaction IDs, please state them as well.

Since version 4, labels from BIP21 URIs are now recorded with the payment.
