add addressbook entry

when on the address book page, there should be a option to add a new address 
into the book.  maybe available when clicking the menu button.

Just wondering: where will you get the Bitcoin address from at this point? I 
suspect typing it into the onscreen keyboard is no real option.

the two little problems with the addressbook.
it is NOT understandable, why i can not input a new address in the addressbook 
on demand. to setup all the addresses of all my wallets i have, in the 
satoshi-client i can just type them in - thats it. in the schildbach-app i have 
to unneccecary send some coins to my wallets just to get the possibility to 
type the addresses into my addressbook. this needs to be fixed.

and in the addressbook entry-editing-mode it should be possible to copy the 
bitcoin-address - there is no reason at all to block this. this function needs 
to be added or better unblocked.

It's possible to add an address from the clipboard now, so I consider this 
issue solved.
