Transaction "not yet redeemed" after two weeks. Unable to spend my bitcoin.

Bitcoin Wallet will only let me spend 0.10 BTC even though I have ~14.85 BTC.  
On the "Send Bitcoin" screen it says "14.75 waiting for confirmation".

Block explorer says these bitcoins are "not yet redeemed":

It has been about two weeks.  I am expecting to be able to spend my bitcoin.

I am using Bitcoin Wallet version 1.39 on a Droid X running Froyo.

My bitcoin address is 1NV9tGYqzKynFRsXySDMwRbQBeSRNY2Ypu.  It seems to be 
transaction 695b68d04e4d5715c5ed7fb12555a29743e7caade518da3d002e75708e66fe56 
that is causing the issue.

I forced stopped the app, then started it back up again.  It inaccurately 
doubled the amount of money in my wallet.  At this point, I knew something was 
seriously wrong.  I reset the blockchain and transactions.  It took about 4 
hours to download the entire blockchain again, but it seemed to fix the issue.

Yes, there was an error in 1.36 that could cause your wallet to have this 
symptom. Resetting should cure this problem. No fear, your (correct amount of) 
coins has not been at risk.

i have the same problem with multibit and even reseting it wont work
