When asking for more than 10 PC's, in the screeplot, the PC's are ordered as PC1, PC10, PC12, ..., PC2, PC3. In such case the PC'S should be names PC01, PC02, PC03..., PC10. One solution : check nPC argument in pcaScreePlot.
