fix: make Assignment 7 and the grading sheet match #13

In the last question,

Now change the prior for the $\sigma$, residual parameter(s), to a $\text{Gamma}(1,1)$. What happens? Why?

I added the following clarification:

Report the mean and 90\% CI for the mean ($\mu$) of the quality measurements of the sixth machine.

Moreover, I made the grading question Q8 say the sixth machine so that it's comparable with the previous task

the posterior for mu for machine 6 has 90% credibility intervals close to ...

And added the following 1 point grading question

In f), is a reasonable explanation given?

Does this make sense?

Also, can you upload general_info_rstan.tex so that I don't need to comment it out.
