For this website, I propose to elevate the user experience and visual appeal of the home page by implementing subtle hover effects. On hover, I will introduce a gentle color shift or a subtle background animation to draw attention and guide the user's focus towards the header content.For Crads I will create depth and encourage interaction, I will implement a slight zoom or a soft shadow effect on each card when the user hovers over them. I would like to work on this issue please assign me this issue.

Hi We do not require any hover effects on navbar or even card buttons as its already been implemented. You can work on hover effects on the cards. @Aditi323
