[Bug]: There is a Underline in navbar which should not be there is we hover over the icons on navbar

What happened?

When hovering over the icons in the navbar, an unintended underline appears beneath them. This issue detracts from the intended design aesthetic and creates visual inconsistency. The underline should not be present upon hovering over the icons in the navbar, as it disrupts the seamless user experience. Resolving this issue will ensure a polished and cohesive appearance for the navigation bar, enhancing overall usability and visual appeal.
