Added "FAQ Section" to EmoWell Website

Hey @Mansi168 and @everly-gif , issue closes #216

I Created a dedicated "Frequently Asked Questions" Page.
I Added Navigating Link for it in the footer section.
Also Added "Smooth Scrolling" from Bottom to top On Clicking the link in footer.
I Have Included 10 Comprehensive Questions and Answers in the FAQ Section.
I Tried my very best to style the Page to follow the theme of the website.
I have added a "Special functionality" to the questions of the FAQ to Open and close on clicking.
