[Feature Request]: Implementing audio or video-guided meditation

Feature Description

I will add meditation feature where user can find audio or video-guided meditation and mindfulness exercises. I'll add videos accordingly and will also update the navbar adding this feature. I'll create this page and also style it accordingly.

Benefits

Enhance user experience as user can learn about different mindfulness techniques and their benefits. Guided meditation is very sought after nowadays.
