INstead of this colour change of the tabs

But it seems confusing to me can you please elaborate?

ok so when someone hovers on the Home tab or any tab the color changes to green which looks very simple this effect can be improved like given in the video so when we hover a particular tab a small ball transitions as shown in the example video.

But it is taking a lot of time for this ball to reach the other tab! Please suggest something else, it's not looking that much user friendly!

yes i can decrease that transition time if we want to go ahead of this or i will suggest some other options
