Tasks:

init.py: Initialize the Flask application, ensuring that configurations and extensions are properly set up.
config.py: Define configuration settings for the app.
- If Chatbot integrated, environment variables for Assistant and Ollama API keys
requirements.txt: Add necessary libraries and any other required dependencies.
