Backend - Data Models

Description: Create data models to handle user information, transactions, and (if chatbot integrated) chatbot interactions.

Tasks:

• models.py: Define models for User, Transaction, and any necessary entities.
• migrations: Set up database migrations using Flask-Migrate to create and update the database schema.
