Integrate sdk examples into CI #1209

Currently, manta wallet team @DanielZhangReal has developed the nodejs version of sdk examples, so we can do sdk tests with wallet api instead of under browser. And for QA side, no need to test sdk examples anymore, our CI will cover them.
