We should brag about the release to as many channels as we can. For example: -[ ] Discord -[ ] Telegram -[ ] any collator group chats

We already have a Brag mechanism for our internal release channel in Discord called raybot part of the publish-draft-release CI workflow, which can be modified.

I think we better leave this to the marketing team. Also, backend is not the full picture for public announcement

This is a standard thing, like Parity posts in element or discord. Anyway marketing can't code...
