Date Range with specific dates #21

The range doesn’t really work for how we need to use it – it needs to be specific dates rather than whole months – for example 5 September to 15 December (or whatever) – for example for an activity which only happens during the school term time

Currently recurring events contains only start and end propertys as time values. This maybe could be changed to use complete datetimes to set dates for handling ranges.
