Recurring events disappear from front-end #36

After editing a recurring event, all event disappear from front end of calendar.

I too have the same problem. Having created a number of 'Normal' events which show up on the calendar, just creating and saving a single recurring event results in no events at all showing on the calendar.

Hmm strange. For me the recurring events are working with normal events in the overview page. Maybe I missed a bugfix in the latest release.

For now I sadly can't reproduce the issue.

Hi David, Thanks for looking into these issues.

I am happy to report that on our staging system the recurring events DO work. I’m not sure why they didn’t in development. I may look into this further if I have time.

May I ask will the next release still be compatible with Umbraco 7.3.7 (our current and intended go live version)?

We have a number of back office customisations applied to our system which cause issues when upgrading to Umbraco 7.4

There are so many breaking changes in 7.4 that we cannot afford to spend the time addressing them before our go live date

Thanks and regards, Rob

Hi Rob,

if you can find some more insights on the different behaviour I would be glad if you can share them. At least I want a consistent behaviour.

I'm currently working on a version based on 7.4. But the actuall release will of course get bugfixes and small improvements.
