fix CTTI_TYPE_PRETTY_FUNCTION_PREFIX for vs2019 #34

Hi ! This fixes https://github.com/Manu343726/ctti/issues/18, however I where not able to run tests on vs2019. There are some problems:

missing headers: https://github.com/Garcia6l20/ctti/commit/bc1ea2c206be0bf6d0394532dc5942077e7e5f63
in the serialization API, msvc complains about ambiguous call to serialization::serialize

I'll try to get a fix but I dont know how to deal with catch... I'll take a look
