Support for Discord app #435

Discord is an app currently in Beta for Linux. It works great, but its icon is slightly large compared with the other elementary icons in the notification area. It'd be great if elementaryPlus could just include a slightly smaller sized icon.

Discord for Linux is no longer in Beta (Canary). It's now released and I can agree that it definitely needs an icon. It's one of the fastest growing apps of all time and is on its way to completely replace Skype and TeamSpeak.
