Add in controller join after start #78

Added in functionality for a controller to connect after the program started. Accomplished this by:

Having the controller setup loop
Have the controller setup be a separate process

Known issues:

The controller defaults to SW4, and if you don't switch it to SW1 fast enough, it will break.
The code isn't as clear and concise as it should be
