Merge contacts doesn't work [D18] #28

Merge 'Contact has below 2 issues:

1. When clicked on Merge, and selected Contacts.. Apply All is still in grey.. unable to click.

2. When clicked on the first Contact.. second contact disappears, however it is not merged.
