Major docs overhaul + new theme #25

Thought it was about time to cleanup the docs from some clutter, simplify them and give them some extra paint.

Almost everything has been converted from Markdown to restructuredText. Many things have been moved around to make things a bit more clear and properly structured. Wording or texts in general have been updated as well.
