Setup with docker: first draft

My only other feedback would be to leave the default ports alone. 5000:5000, 8080:8080, & 8000:8000.

Swapping them over to 555X is just going to lead to support questions in the future. Most users won't have to deviate from the defaults so let's not add a potential complexity.
